  I’ve completed three terms of Pilates with Rachel and have thoroughly enjoyed every class, which she manages to make new and challenging every week, bringing in new equipment and moves. I have felt my body change over this time, feeling stronger and moving with less aches and pains, it also has highlighted to me the importance of posture and made me more conscious about the way I sit and stand.
  Rachel offers a highly professional service, ensuring the groups remain small so that she can monitor each and everyone attending, and offer alternatives for those with injuries. It almost felt like the attention you would receive in a 1:1 session but with the enjoyment of working out with others.
  I would thoroughly recommend Phoenix Freedom Pilates for all levels; I started as a newbie to Pilates and the relaxed environment made me feel comfortable from the beginning.
